Future We Want Global Debate (FWW Global Debate) is your gateway to becoming a voice for change, innovation, and global impact.

Here, we bring together students aged 14-21 from all corners of the world to dive into the most pressing global challenges and collaborate on solutions that matter. Whether you're passionate about climate change, equality, technology, or diplomacy, this is your platform to make your ideas shine and connect with like-minded changemakers.

This program is free for students enrolled in any of the FWWMUN Conferences. There are 30 spots and registrations are run on a first-come first-served basis.

Program

Students will be taking part to a taylor-made training online with several practical sessions culminating into the Global Debate Competition with peers from around the world. Each Session is 1.5 Hrs following the calendar below:

January 21st, 2025    4.00 PM - 5.00 PM CET

February 4th, 2025   4.00 PM - 5.00 PM CET

February 18th, 2025   4.00 PM - 5.00 PM CET

March 4th, 2025   4.00 PM - 5.00 PM CET

March 18th, 2025   4.00 PM - 5.00 PM CET

March 25th, 2025   4.00 PM - 5.00 PM CET

Motions

  1. Pros and cons of using social media.

  2. The use of artificial intelligence in education should be encouraged.

  3. The impact of artificial intelligence on jobs.

  4. The impact of Chat gpt in our lives

  5. Autocracy is doomed in the age of social media.

  6. There should be a limit on freedom of speech.

  7. Schools should teach students about the importance of civic engagement and voting.

  8. Quotas for women in high government positions should be supported.

  9. Voting in national elections should be mandatory.

  10. Democracy is the best system of government for every nation.

  11. Arts education is just as important as STEM education.

  12. The use of civilian nuclear energy should be expanded.
