FWWMEU Roles
Delegates
Delegates actively participate in all conference events and committee sessions. During meetings, they represent their assigned role, which may include positions such as Members of the Europan Parliament (MEPs), or Ministers of the Council. Delegates engage in debates, negotiate with other representatives, and collaborate on drafting and voting on proposals or legislative amendments that address the topics on the agenda. Their goal is to represent their assigned position accurately, working within the EU framework to reach consensus or influence policies.
Observers
Observers attend the conference to learn more about the world of FWWMEU without the responsibility of representing a specific position. This role is ideal for individuals who are new to Model European Union and want to gain insight into the procedures and debates of a conference.
